  🍪  Vanilla Chocolate Swirl Cookies  🍪 Happy New Year, everyone! Yes...although we are well into February, the year is still very young and rearing to go. We are kicking things off for 2024 by celebrating the month of love with these irresistibly delicious and delightfully crunchy Vanilla Chocolate Swirl Cookies as our signature highlight for February. Chocolate is a must-have ingredient for Valentine's day, but I definitely love experimenting by mixing things up and blending multiple flavors. Vanilla chocolate swirl cake is one of my absolute favorite desserts, hence I felt inspired to develop this fun idea of translating that same exact flavor profile into a cookie and voila, the result was this amazing masterpiece!
