Honorary Dish of the Day: Sautéed Shiitake Mushrooms with Spinach
Honorary Dish of the Day: This is for all our fellow mushroom lovers! This simple all-vegetarian dish is quick to make, healthy, and packed with flavor. Shiitake Mushrooms are a super spongy mushroom variety with a wonderful rich flavor and numerous, well-documented health benefits. For this dish, I simply sautéed the mushrooms with about 1 tablespoon of olive oil, yellow onions, tomatoes, baby spinach and added a dash of black pepper and paprika for that extra punch. Very quick and easy to make and goes well with our signature dish of the day today, Vegetable Fried Rice. Enjoy!
